About Boost Specialty Classes

Strength, Conditioning, BoostKids, MYZONE 1000 Calorie Challenge, Saturday Super Session and Boxing. 

Boost Health & Fitness classes is all about strength and conditioning and every day we have a different focus. The focused sessions allow you to improve in specific areas, whether that be strength or cardiovascular capacity.

Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, we focus on Strength

The coaches will provide a detailed explanation of the session and why we are doing such movements and how they’re going to benefit you. After a extended warm up, we put you into paired stations and you work through the workout submitted on the dual screen utilizing Wodify technology, take your time, load the bar grab them heavy weight plates, kettlebells and dumbbells, practice your form and build that foundation of strength. The way we structure our conditioning circuit, we not only improve cardiovascular fitness, but we also improve core strength. The session is explained with all exercises demonstrated, number one in our gym is correct form, correct form = correct results!
Whatever exercise you use though, Tabata and HIIT training will raise your metabolism and heart rate immediately. Since you are performing these exercises at a very high intensity, your body will have to work much harder to keep it up. This will cause your heart to pump fast and your metabolism to jump, which you want if you are planning on losing fat. Your metabolism will stay high not only during the workout, but after the workout as well. This means that your body will be burning fat for hours after.


Saturday Super Session

We do run strength and conditioning on a Saturday however it's nothing like we have done throughout the week, not only does this session test your strength but also your cardiovascular fitness giving you one of the biggest challenges for the week in one workout, don’t expect this to be a walk in the park.

About Boxing

Develop core strength with boxing techniques and drills with our experienced coaches, an all over cardio and strength training workout, it will help improve endurance, co-ordination and stamina. Everyone from elite athletes to beginners have long been experiencing the benefits of boxing as a complete body workout. Allowing you to develop superior upper body strength, core strength, speed and agility, cardiovascular fitness and improved posture all at the same time, boxing classes is great for all ages and fitness levels. All safety equipment is provided from quick wraps to gloves and pads.

Mum's Fitness

We run 3 morning sessions each week, and its dedicated to our faithful Boost Health & Fitness female clients.

BoostKids: is a Children’s fitness program, designed to develop fundamental Gross Motor Skills, Social Skills, Fitness and most importantly, to grow each child’s self confidence!

Through the specialized BoostKids Program, we will be creating games and activities that will help boost your child’s development in all mentioned areas!

Children who participate will experience a constant variety of fun activities to keep them engaged. They will also enjoy the benefits of working together as a group – not to mention the feeling of success from their own achievements!
