 Here at Boost Health & Fitness, we have a wide range of group fitness classes to suit you. All of our group fitness classes are held on premises, right here in our Mandurah gym. From mums and bubs classes to bootcamp classes, boxing and more, and whether your fitness is at an advanced level or a beginners level, there really is a class for everyone.

ATTENDING CLASS AT BOOST
  • Please bring a towel to all classes and please ensure that you use it on your equipment, mats and to remove sweat from your body
  • We recommend that you bring a bottle of water to class. Refills can be done in the kitchen
  • The cool down after each class is important. We recommend that you participate to maintain flexibility and mobility, reduce soreness and avoid injury.
  • Please inform your instructor of any medical conditions, pregnancy or injuries that you may have prior to the commencement of each class.
  • All of our classes range from 45-60 minutes.
  • All classes must be booked in prior to arriving for the class using the MINDYBODY app.
